HOUSEKEEPING

Manzanita Beach Getaway is seeking housekeeping professionals to clean our high quality homes in Manzanita Oregon. Must be hard working, have an attention to detail, be thorough and take pride in your work. We are seeking full-time and part-time as well as seasonal employment. Key Responsibilities: To clean and prepare homes up to our company standard. You are never asked to rush! You never clean more than 2 homes a day at the most! Report any maintenance needed on the homes as well as making sure all linens and house supplies are kept up to standard.

Qualifications: Experience with cleaning to a higher standard preferred. Experience not necessary but MUST be organized and be able to multitask. Must take pride in appearance and be self confident and self motivated. We are really looking for someone that can take charge and be self sufficient, organized to uphold our standard of service and care.

Experience: Experience is great! Equally important is attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, dependability, consistently following protocols, contributing ideas and an overall great attitude. Must be a positive person and one who can uplift their team.

Necessary Skills: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get to work, be organized and work well with others. Must have housing in the area. Due to our housing shortage we are not interested in interviewing anyone out of the area.

Compensation: Hourly compensation,Matching IRA plan up to 3% with bonuses and vacation pay for full-time employees. Never work Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th. We close for these holidays.

Job Types: Part-Time or Full-Time (15-35) and seasonal.
Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

MAINTENANCE

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to play a critical role in our company. This position will support our growth and ensure our homes are maintained for our owners and ready for our guests to enjoy. This is currently seasonal but could turn into year round.

Key Responsibilities: Perform daily maintenance tasks assigned through our digital work order system. Duties include and are not limited to, maintaining BBQ’s, blowing off surfaces, washing windows, cobwebbing exterior light fixtures, mowing lawns, cleaning out company vehicles, etc.

Qualifications: Past Maintenance experience is welcomed but not necessary. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, caulking, and the use of equipment such as gas blowers, toilet augers, is helpful but can be taught to the right person.

Necessary Skills – Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to get to work. Company vehicle will be provided once at work but you may be asked to use your own. If so, we do offer reimbursement for mileage. Must be organized and work well with others. Due to our housing shortage we are not interested in interviewing anyone out of the area so must have stable housing in the area.

Compensation – Hourly compensation ranges from $19-$22/hr. to start. Depending on experience. Matching IRA.
Job Type: 20-30 hours a week ideally. Can be flexible at times with schedule but ask for flexibility in return.
